Your Impact
Acre Identity seeks an enthusiastic and highly capable Lead of Financial Planning & Analysis with a background in SaaS, enterprise software, as well as project-based environments. A successful candidate must have at least seven years of experience relevant to the duties listed below.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with General Manager to lead a successful Budget, Long Range Plan and Quarterly Forecasts
- Lead preparation of Monthly Financial & Operating Reviews, as well as Quarterly Financial Reporting requirements
- Accurate and timely production of consolidated Financials in support of Lender reporting requirements per the credit agreement
- Partner with Head of Corporate Development on M&A diligence, financial models and support other strategic initiatives
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and providing leading indicators to help manage business, transforming data to insight
- Analyze month-end reporting process and templates to drive consistency across the business, driving synergies, allowing more time for analysis
- Assist and support audits, as necessary
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- GAAP knowledge and Financial Planning & Analysis experience required
- Minimum seven years experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or project-based business under a direct and channel sales model
- Ability to perform in a high energy, high volume, and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple large to small projects in a cross functional environment
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with different levels of management, team members and customers
- Attention to detail to support high quality and timely results
- Position may require travel up to 20% of the time
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Snowflake preferred
- Austin or Dallas preferred location
